How OEM Compatible Ink Cartridges can save money
OEM compatible ink cartridges are those ink cartridges that are newly manufactured ink containers, which work just as well as genuine ink cartridges for a printer, like ones that would come originally from HP, Epson, Canon, Kyocera, Lexmark, or Xerox (copier toners) - These compatible cartridges are usually alerted slightly in design, so as to avoid any patent violation problems, otherwise they are perfectly new.. No recycled parts are used is the compatible ink cartridges, to avoid any problems of re-using "old cartridges" which cause issues. Only new parts are used in OEM Compatible Prink Cartridges and Toners. The technology used in these cartridges is similar to that of genuine cartridges. Ink is deployed either using electric pulses or using heat. Usually these ink cartridges have a better life span when compared to refilled cartridges or remanufactured ones. These compatible cartridges are usually manufactured by their party vendors.
One of the main reasons for the popularity of these OEM compatible printer cartridges is due to their pricing. These products are usually priced at a much lower rate when compared to a genuine ink cartridge. Typically these cartridges are priced at just half or sometimes even just at one third the price of a genuine OEM cartridge, which saves lot of money. In an office with several printers, this could amount to a lot of saving year on year thus making it a sought after option for printers these days. There are several vendors available on the internet these days who offer great discounts on these already reasonably priced products. Such is the extent of its use and popularity that close to 25% of the toner and ink market is controlled by the compatible toner and ink products. These compatible ink cartridges are available for various machines like copiers, fax machines, multifunction printers, laser printers and inkjet printers.
Some of the manufacturers claim that these OEM compatible ink cartridge yield better quality or quality equal to that of the OEM cartridges. These cartridges usually would print more or equal number of pages like a genuine cartridge, and some OEM replacement toners even can achieve up to 30% MORE pages printed, since they don't feature the ‘sensor' to prematurely warn you to stop using the cartridge, and stop working, like the costly inkjet cartridges from manufacturers. This is a trick to get you to purchase more toner and ink, when ANY laser printer toner cartridge can be removed, and shaken lightly to instantly increase the page count. Manufacturers like HP and Epson don't want you knowing this, which results in perfectly good toners with 20-30% of the toner inside still left when thrown out. Talk about LITERALLY throwing away money!
Using these cartridges is also quite beneficial to the environmental as they reduce the landfill wastes, and are created / manufactured with eco-friendly green components. There are several fortune 500 and multinational companies that offer these OEM compatible cartridges and also offer several other components in a printer like the drums, gears, blade and others that might have to be replaced along with the cartridges at really affordable rate which could work out to be a great bargain .You always just have to be sure that you pick the right company and a reputed company because if the product fails early, you're out of money!
