Tail Lights
Tail light is a special kind of lamp that is usually mounted at the rear side of the car. It works as an indicator and indicates the other drivers about brake, left or right turn. Tail light is basically a group of lights that composes of brake lights, indicator lights and reverse lights, which are used for different functionalities. The composition of tail lights is given below:
INDICATORS:
In tail lights, lights have different colors like turning indicator lights have yellow color and these indicators are used to indicate whether the driver is turning left or right. These same indicating lights are also used as emergency indication if the driver applies emergency brakes.
REVERSE LIGHTS:
Reverse lights are also a part of Tail lights assembly because it comes with the tail lights set. These reverse lights are automatic and turns on when drives shift his car into reverse gear. These reverse lights have high luminosity and brightness then the other tail light components but they are not as bright as the front headlight.
BRAKE LIGHTS:
Another part of tail lights are Stop Lamps which are also known as brake lights. Red Braking lights only turns on when the driver of the car applies brake on the vehicle. It is usually located at the both edges of the car and it glows with a luminosity of 65 to 300 candelas. This light also acts as signals for the other driver at night time.

The full form of OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer. These Car Tail Lights are company fitted and are fixed at the rear end of your car. OEM tail lights are more valuable for those who are fond of original parts. These lights are very simple and maintain the original price of car.
AFTERMARKET TAIL LIGHTS:
Aftermarket lights are those types of tail lights which are sold after the making of a car. These aftermarket tail lights are also called as Euro lights. It is like a substitute of OEM tail lights. It provide custom and sporty look to the car. Aftermarket tail lights are well made and give graceful look to the car. Although these lights are cheap as compare to the fashionable LED lights so those who wants to modify there cars in cheap uses these aftermarket tail lights.
LED TAIL LIGHTS:
LED means Light Emitting Diodes and is nowadays replacing the stock tail lights. Actually LED tail lights are not only used as tail lights but they also used as day time running light. These LED lights are of very costly and only used by high end cars like Lamborghini Murcielago, Austin Martin DB-9, Mazda RX-7 and others, because they offer them a package of Ray Headlights. The main advantage of LED tail lights is their illumination speed when compared to other tail lights. LED tail lights are very expensive but they give a sporty look to the car. These lights are available in all colors; consume less power and turns on instantaneously.
