How do you delete the entries that come up in the search engine bar?
My google search engine bar and my address bar save everything I type into them (search terms and web addresses) so that if I type something beginning with the same letter again, the old ones pop up.
This can be convenient, but some of them contain typos, or are old, or are personal, etc....
So how can I delete them, and stop the computer doing this?
Thanks so much for any advice - this has been irritating me for so long!! ;~)

On most browsers the history folder is found in C: Programs/
