'67 is my favorite model year for that car. The 400 cid engine produced 360 bhp with 441 lb/ft of torque stock. It came in two versions, one with ram air, one without. It didn't make any difference in performance. With the mods you listed, you would be pushing 400, maybe a little more, and around 480 lb/ft of torque. However, there are so many variables to consider - the age and condition of the engine, how it's tuned, etc., that any guess I or anyone else could give would be, well, a guess. Those old big blocks are especially sensitive to tuning, especially with multiple carbs, and you can go all over the place because of that. A crude rule of thumb is that if it doesn't idle like sh**, the timing isn't advanced enough, but don't go by that.
My suggestion is to take the car to a speed shop that has a chassis dynomometer and do a few runs with it. If there are any problems with the tuning, you can even them out there.
