What is the best brand eye shadow to buy at a drug store?

I know the good stuff is like M.A.C. and stuff but I cant afford none of that right now. I personally do not like Cover Girl eye shadows and I dont like creamy eye shadow either. I was looking into buying a big variety of colors so what brands would you recommend work best? Thanks

Loreal HiP, definitely. They are pigmented, so they show up better than CoverGirl or anything of the like. They have a lot of shades, but they come in coordinated duos. They're about $6-$7 each and the best I've used from a drugstore.
