What Percent is fair for all?
What Percent is fair for all?

If we are talking about fair share of the tax burden for Americans then what percent is fair? If any monies are collected in taxes that go to waste, abuse, corruption and mismanagement then those monies are and should be considered stolen from the people. If I mismanaged or pocketed money in the business world I would be terminated and possible prosecuted but in government it is a daily occurrence with very little punishment ever put upon those who commit theft by taking of tax money. So what percent of money is responsible for the government to collect in taxes and at what percent does tax theft take place?
A total tax rate of 10 to 15 percent would be from a government that is more responsible with its affairs and would have less tax theft then one that takes 30 to 60 percent. The more a government takes from the people the more opportunity and percent of tax theft is committed. In America if we rained in the corruption and waste we could run our society on a 15 percent or less tax rate, excluding a possible disaster or war that might temporarily increase taxes? So who pays and how much?
Should the richest people and companies pay more because they have so much or should the rate be level and balanced? The answer is a standard flat rate is far superior and fair to all. Why should a billionaire pay the same tax rate as a minimal wage worker? Because of liberty and to prevent tax theft. It is simply unfair to punish anyone for success by forcing them to pay a higher tax rate. If the government taxes the richest people more, then they have a larger money flow that causes tax theft, you can simply starve tax theft to a minimal by lower the amount of tax money flowing to the government.
If I suggest that to help our schools by averaging all the students grades together as a way to give the students who fail a passing grade by lowering the grades of the A students would you think that is fair? What if I told you that some students are born with less ability and opportunities to make high grades while others are born with more abilities and have better opportunities to make higher grades and the only way to make the playing field level is to tax the grades of A students and give a percentage to the F students? What would happen if we did this?
A grade students would not work as hard because they would know if they study really hard and make a perfect grade it will only be taken away from them and the best they will ever get is a C grade. F grade students will not bother doing anything because they know they will get a D and pass because the A students will be punished for their success for the benefit of all. The same lack of performance happens in business when you excessively tax the rich and punish their success to give money to programs to benefit those who make less money and in doing so the money that floats around is mismanaged and stolen from the rich by the government in tax theft.
A flat even fair tax rate helps to eliminates excessive taxes and the inevitable tax theft by the government as well as rewards those who succeed and make money. This benefits everyone because they can keep most of what they earn and limits the power of government and makes it smaller, leaner and more efficient.
