Are the Shadow ACE and Aero electronics the same?

Some piece of shit cut the wire harness on my VT750C ACE. I see a harness on ebay that says it is for VT750C, but since it's a 2004 I assume it's off an Aero, not an Ace. The two bikes have the same engine but not the same dash. Can I use the harness from one model on the other?

Look again, they don't have the same engine either.
