Where would I be able to get a college license plate? The actual tag, not the frame.?
The kind that you put your actual license plate number on. I see them all over the place, but can't find where to buy them. I'm looking for a UAB(University of Alabama at Birmingham) tag in particular. Can only students at UAB have a UAB tag? Do I have to go to the place where you renew your tag to get one? Do they sell them there?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks 
I'm trying to buy it as a gift, would I be able to do that? Since I don't own the car or anything? Could I just buy the plate and give it to the person, then they could go get their number put on it?
Here in my state we can get those types of plates at the DMV or Secretary of State(depending what your state does).
