My 2000 Bonneville had water leaking into the passenger compartment?
Then it stopped blowing cool air. What is the problem with this thing?
I want to be ready for next summer and is it an expensive repair?
most likley you a/c is shot.Could possibly the evaporator core.Here's what to look at.Pop the hood.Find 2 aluminum looking lines coming from the firewall.Trace them to what looks like a pump on the front of the engine that is driven by belts.Hopefuly you can see the front of the compressor.Start engine and trun on a/c.Hed back out under the hood and look at front of the above mentioned pump/compressor and notice if the center hub is cycling on and off.It should be.If not, then you have a leak in the system....
