Until this year, a lot with the development reconstructing the World Trade Middle was invisible to passers-by because it was happening underground. Not any longer.
"We're extremely happy with the development," said Chris Ward, executive director of the Port Authority of New york and New Jersey, the company that owns the land and oversees reconstructing. "Eighty % with the metal for that memorial plaza continues to be positioned."

The foundation in Sean Lugano's name has donated a practice field to Loyola School in Maryland, exactly where he played rugby, and an annual scholarship for a senior attending Xavier Higher College, his alma mater, in Manhattan.
