I have 96 Tahoe 5.7 how do i adjust my valve adjustment ? Just put on new head gaskets?

which valve is the intake ? which one is the exhaust valve?

It's been years since I've done anything with a chevy V8, but if I remember right, you turn the crank until both rockers are down (valves closed position), tighten until you feel the rod start to bind, then go another 3/4 turn.

You better get a book to be sure. Check the library.
